Complete Custom Motorcycle Seat Fabrication

After fitting the wide arse rear end & custom gaurd, the original front and rear seats were no longer usable, not fitting the modifications. You cannot buy an off the shelf seat for any custom motorcycle like this, they need to have their motorcycle seats fabricated from scratch to suit each individual custom Harley.

First of all the fibreglass base is made on the bike with close tolerances to ensure a perfect fit everywhere. The base is then cut to desired shape, foamed up and shaped for a free flowing look from front to back. The petrol tank & filler is located under the seat, which needs to be hinged & lifted for refill. The seat locates itself on a locating pin, locking it into place. Custom cover is then tailor made for the motorcycle seat and fitted. The bottom of the motorbike seat is finished in velour so as not too scratch paint work.
